Ex-Google. Technology, Design-Thinking and Innovation Expert & NLP-certified Professional Coach
Sheena Bhalla is a transformative leader with a passion for merging mission-driven initiatives and cutting-edge technology. Her career spans brand strategy, programmatic ad technology, media production, and data-centric digital transformation across corporate and non-profit sectors.
At Google, Sheena led regional ecosystem programs for the Google News Initiative in APAC, collaborating with newsrooms to develop data strategies and innovative products. Her work, including the development of the first data and product design playbook for media in Asia, empowered newsrooms to leverage data for business and editorial success while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As the founder of Modulexero, Sheena is dedicated to cultivating sustainable leadership practices globally. She champions frameworks like inner guided leadership and regenerative leadership to prepare organizations for future challenges.
Certified as an NLP and neuroleadership coach, Sheena has mentored professionals in tech and media for over seven years, integrating transformative frameworks into leadership practices. As a design-thinking facilitator, she has delivered impactful trainings for companies like Google and Financial Times and has lectured at Nanyang Technological University.
With experience across Japan, India, Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia, Sheena is a driving force in fostering conscious, innovative leadership worldwide.
