As we witness the unprecedented changes driven by rapid technological advancements and the rise of AI, we recognise that the future of leadership depends on more than just navigating external transformations. When leaders are equally committed to exploring their inner realms where purpose, values, and resilience are cultivated, they are more likely to be equipped with the demands of balancing short-term headwinds for long-term sustained growth and development.

This realisation led to the creation of Module Xero: the foundational module of all learning, where the journey of inner discovery begins. We envision a world where leadership is not just a position of power, but a profound act of service—where leaders are empowered to make decisions that harmonize short-term goals with long-term impact.

Our mission is to infuse leadership in Asia with inner-guided practices—aligning values, transcending limiting beliefs, fostering authentic connections, and building both individual and collective resilience. Ex-Google. Technology, Design-Thinking and Innovation Expert & NLP-certified Professional Coach

Sheena Bhalla is a transformative leader with a passion for merging mission-driven initiatives and cutting-edge technology. Her career spans brand strategy, programmatic ad technology, media production, and data-centric digital transformation across corporate and non-profit sectors.

At Google, Sheena led regional ecosystem programs for the Google News Initiative in APAC, collaborating with newsrooms to develop data strategies and innovative products. Her work, including the development of the first data and product design playbook for media in Asia, empowered newsrooms to leverage data for business and editorial success while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As the founder of Modulexero, Sheena is dedicated to cultivating sustainable leadership practices globally. She champions frameworks like inner guided leadership and regenerative leadership to prepare organizations for future challenges.

Certified as an NLP and neuroleadership coach, Sheena has mentored professionals in tech and media for over seven years, integrating transformative frameworks into leadership practices. As a design-thinking facilitator, she has delivered impactful trainings for companies like Google and Financial Times and has lectured at Nanyang Technological University.

With experience across Japan, India, Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia, Sheena is a driving force in fostering conscious, innovative leadership worldwide.
